We offer 9 modern apartments, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom suites. The building is fully wheelchair accessible with an elevator to all floors. Families are welcome, and baby beds or high chairs are available on request.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on balconies and terraces.
In selected apartments, an extra removable bed can be arranged for an additional guest (extra charges may apply; please request in advance).
Bookings are made online via our website or booking platforms. Check-in is self-guided from 1:00 PM, with access details sent by email one day before arrival. Keys are waiting inside the apartment, along with all necessary information sheets.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Long-term stays are available on request. Contact us in advance for availability and special rates.
Free private parking is available in the video-monitored underground garage (1 space per apartment). A bus stop is directly in front of the building. The highway is a few minutes away by car, and the airport is about 22 km away (approximately 20–25 minutes by car).
Bed linen, towels, cleaning service, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are included. Tap water is safe to drink. Breakfast is not provided, but cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby.
Waste is separated (glass, bio-waste, plastic, paper, mixed). Bins are located outside in the wooden house on the left side.
Ljubljana city centre is about 4 km away. Within walking distance (about 500 m), you’ll find cafés, bakeries, restaurants, a local market, and a post office. Larger shopping centres such as Aleja and Mercator Šiška are just a short drive away. Nearby nature spots include Koseze Pond, Rožnik Hill, and the Trail of Remembrance. Top attractions and must-sees include Ljubljana Old Town, Ljubljana Castle, and Tivoli Park.
In emergencies, call 112 (ambulance/firefighters) or 113 (police). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests with a car can leave the keys in the post box; others may leave them in the apartment.
