The apartments range from studios to one-bedroom apartments and spacious two-bedroom suites. Some overlook the lively street, while others face the surrounding garden, ensuring plenty of natural light. Cozy wooden details and natural light create a relaxed atmosphere inspired by Slovenia’s forests. Each apartment also features a terrace or balcony – perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with:
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stick blender, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, dishwasher, oven, cooking utensils (pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, cooking spoons) and tableware (plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery). Some apartments also include a microwave.
A small starter set is provided in each kitchen, including a few Nespresso coffee capsules, tea bags, basic spices (salt, sugar, pepper), oil and vinegar.
All apartments are air-conditioned and heated, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round, and include a TV. Bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer. Beds are made with fresh linen for your arrival, and towels are provided.
The ground-floor apartments feature a wooden terrace with direct access to the garden, while apartments on the first and second floors have balconies. All terraces and balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing on a pleasant evening.
Guests also have access to a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, which is FREE of charge for all our guests, and a lift to all floors.*

Although it is located outside the city center, the bus stop is right next to the building, and the shuttles run about every half hour. “The rooms are tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need, including high quality appliances (toaster, oven, dishwasher, etc., all Bosch).
The only downside is that it overlooks the street, which can be a bit noisy if you have the windows open, but closing them solves the problem. There is also a bus stop nearby, just a few steps away, which takes you to the center of Ljubljana in 10 minutes, without driving and worrying about parking.
The underground, fenced parking is also great for protecting your car in bad weather.”

“This beautiful apartment is a great base for your visit to Slovenia. It is located next to the ring road, allowing you to reach anywhere in the country by car in 1.5 hours. You can conveniently park your car in the underground parking garage, after which you can take the elevator to the apartment. It is very modern, spacious, and fully equipped. A local supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away, ideal for picking up fresh rolls for breakfast.”
