Before departure, we kindly ask you to

• Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
• Close all windows and doors.
• Take out the trash and dispose of it in the appropriate containers outside the building.
• Do a quick check to make sure you haven’t left any personal belongings behind.
• Leave the apartment in a tidy condition.

• If you have a car: go to the garage, collect your car, and drop the keys in the postbox.
• If you are leaving without a car: you may leave the keys in the apartment.

During Your Stay

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Care of the Apartment

• Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care.
• Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning, switch off the lights, close the windows, and lock the doors.
• Any damage to the property or equipment may be charged.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition.

Laundry Usage

• You are welcome to use the laundry room in the basement (same level as the garage). To access it, go through the door across from the staircase, then turn right. You can unlock both doors using the chip attached to your apartment keys. 
• The laundry room includes:
  • 2 washing machines
  • 2 dryers
• After using the dryer:
  • Empty the water tank
  • Leave the area clean and tidy for the next guest.

Waste & Hygiene

• Please do not dispose of large amounts of toilet paper, sanitary products, or garbage in the toilet. Use the provided bathroom bin.
• Please take out all trash before check-out. Trash containers are located outside on the left side, in the wooden house.

• Please report any damage, injuries, or issues as soon as possible.
