Check-in: from 2:30 p.m.
Check-in is self-service. You will receive an access code by email before arrival.
The key will be waiting for you inside the apartment.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Please leave the apartment upon departure.
- If you have a car: go to the garage, collect your car, and drop the keys in the postbox.
- If you are leaving without a car: you may leave the keys in the apartment.
During Your Stay
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Care of the Apartment
- Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care.
- Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning, switch off the lights, close the windows, and lock the doors.
- Any damage to the property or equipment may be charged.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition.
Waste & Hygiene
- Please do not dispose of large amounts of toilet paper, sanitary products, or garbage in the toilet. Use the provided bathroom bin.
- Please take out all trash before check-out. Trash containers are located outside on the left side, in the wooden house.

- Please report any damage, injuries, or issues as soon as possible.
